do you have a meal chart for Phase 2 like phase 1 (showing what the required intake is DAILY)
where do you reintroduce fruits on phase 2 ? ..... can it be ANYTIME in the day
or is it better to eat fruit for breakfast , lunch ..... etc
Also .... bread on phase 2 .... when is the best time to eat that as you are increasing it ?
Any suggestions would help GREATLY ")
