Good morning SBD Friends! Hope this post finds you all well. I'm trying desperately to stay focused on eating sbd friendly foods but for some reason when I strayed for my anniversary it's been really hard. I think posting my meals helps a lot.
b: 1 egg with spinach, feta, and green onions
s: 1 mozz stick
l: left over shrimp stirfry with a green salad
s: cashews
d: grilled fish with veggies
s: yogurt and strawberry smoothy.
w: 60 oz
e: probably just cleaning my house.
Take care!

I've taken a brief hiatus from posting because I've been so busy.
First, I wanted to say congratulations on your move, and your new life that awaits you in Alaska. I am so thrilled for you and your husband! That's great.
I just heard someone tell me this weekend, that if you cut Alaska in half, you still have a state that's bigger than Texas. Is that true?
Yesterday I was offered, and I accepted, a new job in my town. I'm so thrilled!!! It's been a long time since I've had a real job.
Here's my menu for today:
Breakfast: omelet with spinach, peppers, tomatoes, onions; turkey sausage; tom juice; coffee
Lunch: tuna salad, celery
Snack: PB yogurt, blueberries
Dinner: pork & mushroom-stuffed tomatoes, some ww pasta, steamed asparagus; NSA fudgicle for dessert
When do you move?
Rebecca
Well I was wondering where you have been. I can totally relate, I haven't been posting hardly at all. Thanks for your well wishes. I don't know how big Alaska is but I'm sure it's huge. Your assessment is probably correct. It will take us 4 days to drive there from Olympia Washington. We're leaving on October 1st.
Congratulations on your new job! I know you've been looking. I know you will

You know it's weird how I start the day off really good and then I just want to eat fried chicken. I think I really need to focus on sbd. I think with the everything that's going on it's hard to stay focused. i guess i should just do the best I can right now and when I get settled in Alaska I can get more serious. Thanks for the kind words Maryann
