I Meant Terrific Tuesday!!!    (I selected the wrong title from the drop down box before I had my coffee.....oops!)

Good Morning Ladies!

I hope it's nicer where you are today....it's cloudy and storms are predicted this afternoon here.  I hope there's no hail!

What do you do to make exercise a habit in your life?  I'm looking for interesting ideas.  I used to walk 45 min a day and do weights at home 4-6 times a week for two years straight....but then I didn't work full time. LOL   Now it's so hard to find the energy to even get out to walk.  I would like to see us all get a little more active (if you're not already) to "kick up" our metabolism a notch (thanks Emeril! LOL).  I can use all the motivation I can get....giggle!

I'd better post this before it gets too late....

B- Kashi go Lean cereal & milk, coffee

L- Chicken breast & asparagus

S- yogurt

D- Maybe salmon...unless I get a better idea from you all! ;-)

Have a good day!

Good morning Suzy. I wish I could say that exercise is part of my normal routine but it's not. I hope to make that change when I get settled in Alaska. For now I can totally relate to just trying to get the energy to move. But I guess that's the cycle, you need to move in order to get the energy. So I guess if we can tough it out by exercising 3-4 times a week for a couple weeks even when we don't feel like it, it will get a lot easier to do and we'll notice a huge increase in energy!

I seem to either be very hungry or not hungry at all lately..

I am thinking of pork loin and grilled tomotoes and onions for dinner.

I might have a yogurt and celery for lunch.

I am thinking of going back to Phase one next week to get on more of an eating schedule again.

I keep losing weight but I need to be on a schedule again.

Hope your all doing well, Jen
