I Meant Terrific Tuesday!!!    (I selected the wrong title from the drop down box before I had my coffee.....oops!)

Good Morning Ladies!

I hope it's nicer where you are today....it's cloudy and storms are predicted this afternoon here.  I hope there's no hail!

What do you do to make exercise a habit in your life?  I'm looking for interesting ideas.  I used to walk 45 min a day and do weights at home 4-6 times a week for two years straight....but then I didn't work full time. LOL   Now it's so hard to find the energy to even get out to walk.  I would like to see us all get a little more active (if you're not already) to "kick up" our metabolism a notch (thanks Emeril! LOL).  I can use all the motivation I can get....giggle!

I'd better post this before it gets too late....

B- Kashi go Lean cereal & milk, coffee

L- Chicken breast & asparagus

S- yogurt

D- Maybe salmon...unless I get a better idea from you all! ;-)

Have a good day!

Hi everyone! I'm in a good mood today because I saw a friend who hasn't seen me since I started SB almost 4 weeks ago, and the first words out of her mouth were, "Wow, you're skinny!" :-) It made my day!

Everyone has such good ideas. I will have to try peaches, WW English muffin and PB for breakfast...mmm.

My day:

B: Uncle Sam's (will never eat THAT again) with skim & 1 cup strawberries

S: low fat mozz stick

L: apple walnut chicken salad

S: celery & pb

D: not sure...something with chicken, I think! And a ricotta dessert

Hi Suzy, I always exercised as I also was on a weight loss program. In the winter when it to cold to walk along the beach I turn to my WATP's tapes. This summer a friend of my DH was a amature boxer told me he used to jump rope to keep in training. So I went out and bought a rope (3 weeks ago) and use it in the basement when I'm doing the laundry.I'm up to 10 skips before the rope tangles. Hope it helps bring my weight down. Hugs Maryann

Wow! You're in better shape than me. I bought a jump rope a few months back and tried jumping....I was totally exhausted. I couldn't even do 5 minutes. I used to do it efortlessly as a child. LOL I guess I'm best sticking to pilates, walking & weights. ;-) You are amazing!
