Hello sbd friends! Well today should be a nice and busy day. Work is really stressful with my impending move. Everybody wants me to do something for them, inevitably I'll let someone down. Oh well.


b: sausage, cheese, Miltons Healthy whole wheat toast

l: salad with chicken


s: cashews


d: fish with veggies


s: vanilla lite-n-fit yogurt w/ kashi cereal

e: probably nothing...

Morning Tricia & Everyone!


I'm sorry I've been busy again.....I did read everyone's posts yesterday but didn't get a chance to respond to them all.


This morning we had to take yet another kitty (Boots) into the vets....I think we have a contageous kitty virus we're dealing with.

Hi everyone! Which one of you recommended mixing plain ff yogurt with PB? Because I owe you a big THANK YOU! Wow, is that stuff good!

My day:

breakfast: multi-grain English muffin with an egg and tomato juice

snack: peanut butter and yogurt (YUM!!!)

lunch: turkey rollup--but with a whole wheat wrap instead of just the lettuce

snack: probably an apple and cottage cheese or LCL

dinner: salmon caesar salad, ricotta dessert

Exercise: 45 minutes of weights and abs today, plus 20 minutes on the elliptical. I'm going to ache tomorrow!

B=Eaters Digest Tea due to having black eyes peas last night instead of lima beans for dinner. Yikes BIG MISTAKE now I know I can't have chick or black eyed peas anymore.

EATING LITE TODAY

S= S/F popsicle

L= veggie barley soup, with wasa crackers

S=l/c yogurt

D=veggie chicken soup,with wasa crackers

Dessert=l/c yogurt

HI All

With this new work schedule my eating has been off for about two weeks but I do try and stay all south beach friendly. I should be back to a normal schedule next week.


Whole Wheat Pasta w/all natural garlic and tomato sauce and RF grated cheese.

Yogurt

Celery, grilled tomatoes, chick peas, not sure what else yet !!

A quick hello to everyone who posted....I was taking care of Boots today. I'm hormonal too, by the way Kristin. LOL (Don't ask me about the cookies.....) 8 days & counting!

Hope your schedule gets more normalized Jennifer. I bet that's frustrating.
