This is too easy! Am I missing something

So I had an egg and whole wheat muffin for breakfast, turkey and lime cilantro mayo in a whole wheat wrap for lunch, and salmon and asparagus for dinner. Plus 2 snacks and a chocolate Astor cup (from the book recipe) for dessert. I feel like I'm not on a diet...in fact, sometimes I really worry that I am somehow cheating. Anyone else feel this way? I should feel happy that I'm eating well and losing weight, but sometimes I feel worried that I've undone my success. When will I begin to think of this eating plan as "healthy" and "normal"? It feels very indulgent!
