Good Morning P2 Friends! It's FRIDAY!!!!! My favorite day :-)
I'd like to welcome Ruby (congratulations on your success so far!!!) to Phase 2. Let us know if you have any questions and feel free to stop by often. We like to share our journals(menus) for the day as well as what exercise, water, etc we're getting. We also just like to share how we're doing in general. We have a wonderful group of women here and we love to support each other & to just be great friends! :-)

I'm here in Nebraska and it's sunny today...high of 82 I believe.
My dk ("dear kitty") Boots stayed with us again last night. She's still not feeling well, but she at least will eat canned food now (she only picks at her dry food). I have to make sure she gets enough fluids. I hope the kitty virus going through our home will die out now and not affect another of our babies.
What are your plans for the weekend? I bet Tricia is tired of packing. LOL Remember to take time out to de-stress & relax! :-)
Here's my day so far:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 1% milk, coffee w/ Splenda & ff half & half
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: Big salad w/ chicken breast & ff Italian
Snack: sf ff Yogurt
Dinner: Not sure yet. Maybe I'll buy some fish & sautee some veggies, glass of milk
Snack: sf ff pudding

Good morning! I've taken a break from packing the past couple days. This weekend I'm going to have to get organized and finish off a good chung of it. It's hard because you still use stuff and trying to figure out what you can do without for a while is hard for me. DH comes home one week from Today!! Yeah! Then Mr. Organizer can help.

I'm glad you took a wee break from all the hard work.
My menu today is:
B=Citrus Plate( orange & grapefruit sections on 1/3 c l/f cottage cheese with a wasa cracker as a boat)
S=1 c soy milk
L=frankfurter melt salad( hot dog with melted soy cheese on top of saurkraut and lettuce)
S=V8
D=salad with F.V., tipalia fish fillet,with lima beans
Dessert=Baked apple with yogurt

Morning ladies!
Breakfast: oatmeal made with skim milk, mixed with strawberries and walnuts
Snack: mozz stick
Lunch: a small piece of SB meatloaf leftovers, a plain FF yogurt mixed with pb
Snack: Turkey roll-up
Dinner: We're getting Mexican takeout. I'm going to order chicken fajitas but tell them to hold the corn and the tortillas and give me some black beans instead.
