Good Morning All!
Thanks, in addition to Kristin, to Maryann & Candi yesterday for your posts....sorry I didn't have a chance to respond.
How is everyone today? I hope more people stop by! Where's our new people? I want to hear how your doing. :-)
Boots had her series of barium & x-rays and they found no blockages. (Thank God). Still no idea what's wrong other than a virus. She was a bit more active this morning & tried to meow when I gave her her breakfast. I hope she's on the mend.
Here goes...
Breakfast (on the go) Yogurt & cereal bar, coffee
Lunch: brown rice, veggies & chicken (oriental stir fry)
Dinner: Unsure yet
Trying to drink more water & to exercise today :-)



Good morning Suzy and my sbd friends. Been out of touch lately. Just getting ready for the big move. dh get's home on Friday. We should close on our house either the 29th or 30th. Very, very excited and anxious.
Suzy, I hope Boots is on the mend. My fluffy has a teary eye. I need to take both of them to the vet this week for their yearly checkin so we'll see if there is anything going on with the eye.

s: yogurt w/ kashi cereal.
I'll have to post later when I know more about my menu today.

So people are starting to come visit as of tomorrow?
b - multi grain hot cereal w/ berries & stevia. decaf tea & nonfat milk
s - string cheese
l - goat cheese, walnut, & red pepper salad w/ vineagrette
s - granny smith w/ reduced fat cheddar
d - crockpot chicken & mushrooms in cream of mushroom soup & spinach
s - ff/sf chocolate pudding w/ ff rediwhip
until tomorrow!

Glad that boots is on the mend.Wish I could say that about me, I gained
(((((two pounds)))))) this morning at W-I. I was really surprised because I didn't see any wrong with my menus last week. I had my 80 oz of water (1/2 my weight) and I exercise every day but Sundays.What more can I do??????????Any one have any suggestions. I'm now 5 more pounds to go until I hit my goal.Hugs Maryann
My Phase 1 Menu today is:
B=Healthy Plate[1/3 c l/f cottage cheese,with s/f lime jello & 1 TB spreadable apricot fruit.(Phase 1.5 ???)1/2 c l/f milk for tea.
S=V8
L=2 f/f hot dogs on 1TB saurkraut & relish all on a bed of lettuce.
S=1c l/f yogurt
D=salad with F.V.,4 oz cooked chicken on a bed of button musrooms in wine sauce with Lima beans (((for fiber))) & green beans.
Dessert= blueberry smoothie (I know its not on Phase 1 but its Phase 1.5?????)

I'm sorry about the mysterious gain.
This is today's plan... lets hope I can stick to it!
Breakfast- FF yogurt, whole grain bread
Snack- Veggies and low fat ranch
Lunch- Greek salad (lettuce, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers)
Snack- Cheese stick
Dinner- Mexican salad (salsa, avocado, chicken, beans, lettuce, tomato)
Dessert- Maybe a new ricotta recipe?? Not quite sure yet
I don't know you guys yet but I wish you all luck with your moving, pets, and of course weight!
