Good Morning Friends!


Happy Hump Day!  I hope the weather isn't too awful where you are.  We had rain here yesterday.  Today is nice so far.


Since there are some new P2ers here this week, please feel free to share some of your favorite SB recipe ideas or other tips to help keep each other motivated.  I am so impressed with everyone's success!


So many things to look forward to for our friends here....Tricia's big move to Alaska, Rebecca's new job, Kristin's wedding on Saturday, Maryann's cruise.....      Everyone else please share your news.  We love to cheer each other on. :-)


Today....


B:  Kashi Cereal & Milk, coffee (decaf since I ran out of regular....boy I'm tired! LOL)


S:  Mozz Stick


L:  SB Tuna salad


S: sf ff yogurt


D:  Haven't decided yet....hoping to get ideas from everyone's recipes :-)

hi suzy- checking in again. well, this morning i could not get out of bed, so there was no exercising. i'm going to try and make up for it a bit this evening by doing some crunches, push-ups, & stretching at home before bed. that way i won't feel TOO guilty. happy wednesday!

b - 2 soft boiled eggs, 2 pieces canadian bacon, 3/4 piece of whole grain toast (all broken up & mixed in a bowl w/ salt & pepper. yum!)

s - string cheese

l - leftover chicken in mushroom sauce w/ spinach

s - strawberries & pistachios

d - out to dinner with the girls. i'll probably have a salad & a glass of red wine.

s - some ff/sf pudding if i feel like it.

Good Afternoon Suzy:

Upped my exercing today, did my WATP's 2 mile walking tape for 30 mins before breakfast and before lunch I walked with my DH along the beach 2 miles for 30 mins.This evening before dinner (hubby is cooking tonight) I going to ride my bike for 30 mins. WHooo!! 90 mins for me today thats a worlds record. LOL.Hopefull that will take that nasty gain away.

I want so bady to have a least the two pounds gained gone before going on the all day eating cruise LOL.(Seriously I going to take they low carb diet meals on the day we're in the diningroom when we hit the Lido Deck(buffet style) I will indulage.)Going to have a new pill called the carb blocker with me.if I indulage TOO FAR. Hugs Maryann


My menu today is:

B=1/2 c good friends cereal with banana & 1 1/2 c of 1% milk for ceral & 1/2 for tea.

S=1/2 c soy milk

L=Pepperoni Pizza( 6 sl turkey pepperoni,1 oz l/f Mozz cheese & 2 Tb tomato sauce on 1 Whole Wheat Oat Bran Pita Bread)salad greens with F.V.

S= 1 pear

D= salad with F.V., 4 oz steal head trout fillet,1/2 c ea of peas,carrots, & collie.

Dessert= Fruit Parfait[berries W) l/f yogurt

B: Oatmeal with skim, raspberries & 1 tbs walnuts

Exercise: a step aerobics class that kicked my butt! Whew!

I had two cups of ff yogurt with strawberries, walnuts, splenda, cinmamon and uncle sam

I going to have Pork strips, vegs and some beans then a sf fudgesicle with whipped topping.
