TGIM-Phase 2 Check In

I'm sure you are all about to kill me with that title. But today is my first Monday as a stay-at-home mom. I'm so excited. I still needed to set the alarm so I could wake dd and get her ready for school.
Dh got home as planned on Friday. We had a busy weekend planning for our trip to Alaska and packing. I knew once he got home things would run much more smoothly. He has the organization gene.

I don't mind your title today since I'm not at work....it's my birthday! LOL
I just had a naughty breakfast in bed of a Belgian waffle & eggbeaters & bacon.
I'm glad your dh is with you now. Enjoy being a SAHM!!! I hope you're not in danger from Mt St Helen's possibly erupting again? (I just heard about that on the news). I think maybe Oregon is more at risk.
I'll be back to the old grind of work tomorrow. Today I'm going to just enjoy! :-)
Hugs,
I'm doing Phase 1 for a few days to flush out some cheating this weekend...hopefully by Wednesday will be back on Phase 2 again (assuming cravings are gone)

Thank you Story! I think this will be a fun time for me and my dd. Hopefully we'll get pregnant again (need to lose some more weight though)
I haven't been focusing too much on sbd for the last month. Just too much going on. But I plan to start phase 1 again once I get to Fairbanks and get settled. My mom, who has arthritis very bad, has already lost 25 pounds. She's extremely happy. I know that she's been very depressed with her weight gain and it's hard when she doesn't have the mobility that most people do. So this way of eating is the perfect solution.
Thanks again for the well wishes and I'll talk to you later.
Tricia.
