Good Morning!
I am a bit late this morning, but I hope you are all having a good day so far. It's sunny and mild here today. Yesterday was perfect...sunny & not too hot or cold. Dh & I went to the zoo and saw the new gorilla exhibit and then I saw my beloved penguins & the big cats. We saw an IMAX movie on Alaska which was beautiful. (I thought of Tricia....you're going to such an awesome place!) We went to dinner with my parents & brother (It was my mom's first dinner out since she broke her hip last January!). I got a free slice of choc chip cheesecake, but I only ate 1/3 & shared the rest. :-)
I was happy to see my Boots drink water for the first time in a few weeks today! She only has 5 more days of antibiotics to go.
I was running late so I just grabbed the following today:
Breakfast: one mozz stick & 2 RyKrisp crackers w/ lite Laughing Cow cheese, coffee.
Lunch: Veggie soup
(Forgot snacks)
Dinner: Lean beef w/ veggies
I am determined to get more exercise in this week. Yesterday we walked 1 1/2 hours around the zoo (sometimes uphill).

Your day yesterday sounds like fun. Still working lots of hours here trying to keep up. I'm so glad Boots is feeling better for you. Give her (and the other kitties) a snuggle for me.

B: PB yogurt
S: celery
L: leftover SB meatloaf and mashed cauliflower
S: banana and string cheese
D: no idea since I probably won't go home until after 7 tonight

I'm still here at work and two of my co-workers just had to bring in chocolate cupcakes for my birthday....They are so sweet, but I wish I didn't have the temptation.

How's SB going for you?
I'm doing Phase 1 today (also did it yesterday) because cheating just a tiny bit this weekend gave me the worst cravings! I think they are gone from my system, though, so I plan to go back to Phase 2 tomorrow or Thursday.
B: 2 mini quiche cups, 1 strip lean turkey bacon, v8
S: mozz stick
L: 1 can of tuna mixed with avacado, light mayo, tomatoes, celery
S: 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt with a tsp of PB
D: chicken, eggplant, peppers
Exercise: 30 mins on elliptical and 25 minutes abs/machines
Some days are easier then others but I have to keep going ..
That's a tough one. Luckily the girls I work with here are really good when it comes to not tempting me. I guess if I were you, I would have half of one - telling them you're trying to be good, then - yep - you'll need to exercise a little more this week, or maybe forgo a snack somewhere to make up the calories.
Just my opinion.
