Kashi cheese cracker

I saw someone recently asked about another type of Kashi cracker, but some of the ingredients are different in their cheese crackers, so I thought I would ask whether these were OK for phase 2. They taste pretty good (not as good as actual Cheez Its, but then again, they don't have all that fat). If they are OK, they make a pretty good snack. A serving size includes 18 crackers.

Thanks!

I'm thinking these are NOT ok.... the cheese is "cheese powder".. there's no fiber.

Thank you for posting my question for me! I hope they are OK, but if they aren't I won't be toooo disappointed. One thing I love about this diet is I don't crave crackers, etc. like I used to and have a much easier time limiting myself. And, yes, I really like the Triskets. :-)

Oh well. Thanks for checking for me. I thought it was probably too good to be true!

Thank you!
