Good Morning!
I'm counting down to Friday....giggle! It's a reasonably good Thursday so far, except for me making my coffee, putting it in the Thermos, and leaving it on my kitchen counter again! LOL I had to buy coffee at a place called "Scooters" on the way to work. Sheesh! I hate when I forget my coffee. ;-)
My boss has the day off today....yippee!!
I bet Maryann is having a wonderful time on her cruise now. And of course, Kristin is on her beautiful honeymoon.....is anyone else around here today? I hope so! Rebecca has been busy at work but she was so very sweet to surprise me with the birthday post last Monday. :-) Hey Candi...I hope you're not buried in paperwork today. LOL! What day are you moving up to Alaska Tricia?
Here goes....
Breakfast: "Grab & Go" Very lean deli sliced turkey with 2% Lite sliced cheese. Coffee.
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: Lean steak & veggies
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Probably more steak & veggies....yawn.
Snack: Fudgesicle

I spent a little time in phase 3 and now I am back again to drop the last of my weight.
B: Scrambled eggs w/tofu sausage
S: Broccoli w/ranch dip
L: WW Spaghetti

D: Tofu Caccitore
I need to get better in the evenings. All I want to do is snack snack snack.

B: Oatmeal with strawberries, skim milk and walnuts
S: ff sf yogurt
L: leftover chicken mole from last night, and a piece of Alpine Cheddar, since I was still hungry...
S: plan on having steamed broccoli with fat free spray butter, since I didn't have very many veggies yet today
D: not sure...probably a caesar salad with chicken or shrimp, or something along those lines. Chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
Exercise: 20 minutes on ellipitcal (burned 200 calories) and a weights/muscle conditioning class (I was there for about 40 minutes since I was a little late to class.)

Yep, Suzy, you are correct. I'm officially buried in paperwork! And it's getting worse each day. I get here at 7 am, don't leave until 7 pm and still don't make any headway. I haven't had a day off for almost 3 weeks - I'm tired now. Thanks for letting me complain.
Anyway - on to my menu:
B: PB yogurt
S: carrots
L: salad with chicken breast and lf feta cheese
S: celery with Kraft lf spreadable cheese (I like it just a much as laughing cow)
D: no idea since I don't know when I'm going home tonight.
