How does this look for a typical day?

To eat daily for Phase II
4½ -5 cups Vegetables
½ cup Legumes
¼ cup Nuts (optional)
1-2 servings Fruit
2 cups Dairy (milk and yogurt)
? Cheese
? Protein
1-2 Starches (breads, sweet potato, grains)
I am a week into phase 2 and stalling a bit. Just wondering about how much protein is best and where to get it from, how much cheese and meat?
Otherwise, how does this look for a phase 2 day?

No worries about protien; just eat a reasonable portion and you are fine.
