To eat daily for Phase II

4½ -5 cups Vegetables

½ cup Legumes

¼ cup Nuts (optional)

1-2 servings Fruit

2 cups Dairy (milk and yogurt)

? Cheese

? Protein

1-2 Starches (breads, sweet potato, grains)

I am a week into phase 2 and stalling a bit. Just wondering about how much protein is best and where to get it from, how much cheese and meat?

Otherwise, how does this look for a phase 2 day?

you are right! I'm not always adding this much, I will think of that typical day as the most of everything that I will eat. Some days I will have all bran for breakfast and I will have a piece of fruit in the day, and that is usually the most I'll add for good carbs, but sometimes an extra bit of fruit will slip in, no bread though, I'm scared of it right now. I am waiting until monday to weigh myself. I am going to adjust my diet and then look for weight loss. I can't stand to see the scale go up.
