Anyone want to do a Monday check-in?

Checking in keeps me "honest," so to speak! This is my menu for today:
B: 1 cup strawberries, walnuts and oatmeal with skim
S: Dannon light n fit shake (ff/sf)
L: turkey over spinach and a piece of low-carb/high-fiber tortilla
S: probably LCL and celery
D: plan on shrimp and broccoli sautee tonight, and fat-free sf pudding for dessert, in a dark chocolate shell
Exercise: step aerobics (45 min) and abs/toning (15 min)

B: WW Toast
S: Mixed Nuts
L: Gardenburger patty
b - poached egg w/ 2% cheddar on 1 slice whole wheat toast
s - string cheese
l - chef salad (had it w/ ranch dressing, so a little more fat than i probably should have had)
s - green apple & almonds
d - ??? need to figure that one out.
