My menu for Tuesday--add yours!

I honestly think checking in here is what keeps me from cheating...so I hope you don't mind another "what are you eating" post today!
B: oatmeal with rasberries and walnuts, made with skim milk
S: ff/sf yogurt
L: apple/walnut chicken salad, over spinach leaves
S: probably LCL and celery
D: I'm going to try making Uncle John's chili tonight
Exercise: free motion class (1 hr. high impact cardio workout using weights)

b - egg beaters w/ 2% cheddar on sprouted whole grain toast (had 2 small slices)
s - turkey jerky & string cheese
l - jalepeno chicken salad & lettuce
s - celery & peanut butter
d - greek salad
exercise - did 30 minutes on the elliptical (x-train setting) this morning. plan on doing some crunches and push ups tonight.
