It all went by so fast.  The day was perfect!  Everything went so well.  Walking up the isle, seeing all my friends and family.  It was just an awesome sight.  I wish I could show everyone the video!  I was surprisingly calm and relaxed.  I did get a bit choked up during the vows.  I couldn't look at Owen with crying.  That was the only time I almost broke down.  My cousin sang Ave Maria after we exchanged our rings.  She's an opera singer and it was beautiful.  The whole place was in silence.  I wish we would have had her do one more!

The reception was better than expected.  It was so fun!  The food was great.  The only part that irritated me was people kept coming up to us while we were eating.  I just wanted to eat darn it!  The night was a blur from then on.  No, not from drinking!  I had maybe half a glass of wine the entire night.  No time!  I danced and danced.  Which is funny because I never dance!  It all ended at 10pm.  I'm glad it was early because I was exhausted!

Kauai was beautiful.  We had such a great time!  Plenty of relaxing.  We did two tours.  First was the quad tour.  That was so fun!  I highly recommend it.  It was 4 hours.  They took you to two waterfalls.  One we could swim in.  Gave us lunch with homemade bread and chocolate chip cookies.  We also did a boat tour up the west coast.  That was not as much fun.  First, it was 5.5 hours.  Way too long.  I was drugged up because I get sea sick.  But, we did see some dolphins and sea turtles.  Did I bit of snorkeling.  I was glad to get back on land!

Other than that, we drove around(we also had a convertible mustang) and ate a lot.  Drank a bit too.  Not while driving, of course!

I have some pictures from our quad trip.  The company made a cd for us.

So, I'm back and happily married.  It does feel different.  In a good way.  I don't know how to explain it.  It's a very comfortable feeling and I think I'm going to like it.  ;)

Thank you everyone for your support!  I won't have pictures for a few weeks but I'll post them when I can!

WELCOME
BACK KRISTIN!
I am so happy to hear you had a wonderful wedding , reception (yes
the guests do tend to interrupt you a lot while you're eating, don't they? LOL!),
and honeymoon!

You look
so BEAUTIFUL in those photos! Hawaii looked so breathtaking. I'm glad everything
worked out so well and I'm very glad to have you back (we missed you!). :-)

I've been
MIA a few days myself since I've had so much to do. I started back doing SB
in earnest this week (WW points were getting me down after awhile).

I look forward
to more photos as you get them. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Kristin,

I am admittedly a lurker, but I wanted to let you know I've been following your story. I'm so glad to hear some details. My wedding day was the best day of my life by far, and hearing about yours helps me relive mine a bit. In fact, I'm a bit teary eyed now!

Wishing you a long and blessed marriage. Make every day a honeymoon!

Welcome back and sound like you really had a good weding day. The honeymoon sounds like so much fun except for the seasick part. I love the pictures thanks so much for sharing them.
