Struggling with Phase II

Did well with Phase I but Phase II always trips me up. I added one carbs but then really struggle with adding them back one at a time and slowly. I am working out alot and have lost quite a few inches. In the month of Sept, I lost 7-1/2 inches which I was pleased with.
I am considering just using the Phase II food list as is, and eating what is on it instead of adding one back each week (this would be similiar to the WW core program, I believe but with all SB friendly foods). Has anyone else done this with success?
I am getting frustrated with my lack of ability to do Phase II.

Sounds like that might work for you. Just remember you might want to include a phase-1 meal here and there, and if you start to feel yourself lose control, reduce them until you feel adjusted again.
