Good Morning Ladies!
I thought I'd get this started real quick before my boss shows up. LOL! I hope you're all having a good week.
Kristin had a great idea with her questions. For today, how about telling us what your favorite food is?
What's your least favorite food? If any of you have any other fun questions, feel free to ask away! :-)
B: On the go again early....so a few thin lean deli turkey slices with 2% cheese slices all rolled up. Coffee
S: Mozz stick
L: Lean steak & green beans
S: PB Yogurt!! :-)
D: Making the chicken recipe Rebecca gave me since dh already brought some roast beef home last night.
S: sf ff jello

My least favorite food is anything with mushrooms in it.
For favorite foods, I like really rich sweets: dark chocolate anything, creme brulee, etc. I do miss them on the Beach and have chocolate covered strawberries often!
I took an exercise class today that was brutal, 75 minutes long, and I am just starving today! So my menu might be heavier. (That's the bad thing about exercise--it can make you hungry!)
B: oatmeal, strawberries sprinkled with walnuts.
S: Dannon light n fit smoothie shake (ff/sf)
L: tuna mixed with celery, avocado and a bit of LF mayo. AND four whole wheat crackers. (All wheat). I was just so hungry after my workout!
S: probably celery & cheese (LCL)
D: I'm going to make the chicken/eggplant casserole from the SB cookbook
Oooo, sneaking behind the bosses back!
Least favorite food? eggs or anything with seafood.
Favorite foods? Mexican and chicken fingers
Today Menu-
2 cups of yogurt with sliced almonds, splenda/cinnamon and fruit
RF Cheese and wheat crackers
Salad and with grilled meat and vegs
SF fudgepop
That is what I expect to eat today but trust me it could change.. !!
