Good Morning & Welcome to my FAVORITE day of the week!!! :-)

Happy Friday!  It was a bit foggy on my drive into work this morning.  It is supposed to be sunny and in the 70's today.  How is it where you are?

I have a question for today...with Halloween around the corner, what is your favorite scary movie of all time?  Does it make you so scared you can't watch it in the dark? LOL    I'm not a real big scary movie fan, but I remember being scared from the movie Halloween when I was a teen....and afterwards I spent the night at my friends house and slept between her & her sister for fear something would "get me"! LOL   I also found both the book & the movie of The Shining scary....I can't even listen to the soundtrack in the dark!! Giggle.

CL Susan is helping me learn how to plan my meals better, but for today I'm still unplanned....

B:  lite turkey slices w/ 2% cheese rolled up, coffee

S:  sf ff yogurt

L:  lots of veggies today w/ grilled chicken

S:  pistachios

D:  Not sure yet.  I want to try more SB recipes

S: sf fudgesicle

Have a FABULOUS Friday and an awesome weekend!  Any fun plans this weekend?

Hmmm...I can't say I like scary movies very much! I did like the Stephen King movie about the author, starring Kathy Bates (I forget the name) but in general, am not a big fan.

I like Fridays, too! :-)

My day:

B: oatmeal with strawberries, skim milk and walnuts

S: light n fit smoothie

L: leftovers from last night: eggplant, peppers and tomatoes with mozz. cheese

S: apple with peanut butter

D: not sure yet--maybe a salad? We will probably do take out. Or I might get chicken fajitas and not eat the tortilla or corn.

Exercise: step aerobics.

Hi everybody-

Still buried under a pile of papers here - hoping to see daylight sometime soon.

Let's see - my favorite scary movie would be, like Suzy, Halloween. The original. I would have to say that I like scary books better. My favorite would be Stephen King's Salems Lot. That is the only book that has ever given me nightmares.

Here's my menu for today:

B: whole wheat toast

S: string cheese

L: chef salad

S: apple

D: going to a friend's house - hoping there will be something there I can have

Have a great afternoon!

Afternoon Kristin!

My poor kitty Boots just had the barium & x-rays two weeks ago.....she must have felt the same way. LOL!

((((((Kristin)))))) I am so sorry you're going through that discomfort & pain! I pray everything will be okay. I had some pain on my right abdominal side this past year and they did an ultrasound and said something about (gee I'm gonna gross everyone out. LOL) gallbladder "sludge". They wanted to do another, longer test with x-rays & some (barium or something I can't recall) to test the gallbladder function. I declined and said if the pain came back or got worse I would have it done (my insurance won't cover it all). Abdominal pain is not fun. I sure prefer that you have nothing wrong...but I know what you mean that you wish they'd just diagnose you so you could get whatever taken care of. I'll be thinking of you and waiting to hear what they come up with.

BTW....my cat Boots is on my lap now. I just realized she's good for my diet since I don't have the heart to get up for a snack because it would disturb her. LOL! Yes, I let my kitties walk all over me! LMBO!
