Has anyone seen this movie? It just came out on DVD last week. I saw it this weekend. Wow! It was very interesting!
For those who've never heard of it, here's a little recap. A very healthy man in his 30's decides to eat McDonalds 3 times a day. He had tests done to record his health before and throughout his journey. He decided to do this for 30 days and see what happens to his body. He can only eat what's on the menu, and water. His rule is, if they ask him to super size, he will. The first three days were rough. He even got sick once. But he kept going. He gained weight rapidly. By the end of the experiment, he gained 25 pounds and his liver was practically pickled. It was a real eye opener for me. I don't eat fast food often, maybe twice a month. But it still showed what damage it can do to you. Many people eat fast food daily!
If you haven't seen this, rent it. It's well worth it! If you have, what did you think about it?

Yeah it was a major wake up call. Can you believe that one month of damage took a year to take off?
This is a great movie to see when you're thinking of going off track.
I don't know about you Kristin but fast food grosses me out now, especially the chicken nugget thing. Yuck.

I haven't seen it, but I've heard of it.
I think when he did this, they didn't have salads.
Eeeewwww....that does sound gross! LOL
