Good Morning!
How is everyone doing today? I am happy to have lost 1.6 lb after my first day back on Phase 1 (mostly water I'm sure). It's that T.O.M. so I'm sure I'm retaining plenty. Hopefully I'll lose that water weight in a couple days. I was surprised how good I felt yesterday. My body knows when I'm eating healthy foods & it feels so much better for it. Now I just need to exercise. I will be sure to walk today & will try to do some weights at home.
I stayed up a bit too late (after midnight) making my SB lunch for today. It took longer than the recipe said. I'm getting the ideas from the SB website. I did have a little of that "vertigo" feeling this morning, but I think it could be a number of things. I hope, with the meal planner on the website, that I'm doing the vegetarian plan correctly. I want to be sure to get enough protein and so on.
Question for today: Do you do any decorating for Halloween and what are you planning?
I haven't done anything yet. We live in a new construction area & unfortunately there aren't too many children. The first year we had the light on for a few hours and not one child came....sigh. We never did eat all the candy. LOL
Today:
Breakfast: Got up too late....am just eating lf Canadian bacon & 2% cheese slices, coffee
Snack: either mozz stick or sf jello
Lunch: SB Sicilian broccoli & black beans, tomatoes & onions
Snack: celery & hummus
Dinner: Last night we ended up going to Applebees (I had the grilled chicken on salad...not vegetarian, but the best I could find on the menu), so tonight I'm finally having the tofu cacciatore, green beans & salad, glass milk
Snack: sf ff PB yogurt

Hi everyone!
I'm not doing so well today.
I'm having one of those days where I am just starving. I think it's the weather. I've eaten 2 jellos but fortunately haven't really cheated...
B: whole wheat muffin, 1 mini quiche and V8
S: ff/sf yogurt
L: leftover spaghetti squash and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (since I was still hungry) and TWO JELLOS!!!
S: Today is a celery/LCL day for sure
D: I'm making salsa chicken over romaine
Exercise: elliptical for 15 minutes, 45 minutes of my Free Motion class (weight-training and cardio intervals)
Wish me luck--I weigh in tomorrow! I hope I have a loss like Suzy's!
