Good Morning!
Thrilling? Well not exactly, but I couldn't think of anything else starting with "T". LOL! I've had such bad luck since last night as I was trying to prepare my tofu cacciatore recipe so I'd have it for lunch today. (I had eaten salads the past two nights for dinner since dh & I had too much to do and the tofu recipe was too time intensive). While I had the tofu "pressed" between two plates with a can on top to drain the liquid, I got the bright idea (not!) to put a glass mug on top for more weight. Well it shifted and fell and exploded on the floor in hundreds of pieces. I thought I swept/vaccuumed up all the shards of glass, but then this morning I found a few more even further away. I don't want my poor kitties to walk on any glass. :-( After all the sauteeing and prep work I finally got it in the oven (for an hour) and this morning I overslept and managed to remember to put it in a bag on the kitchen floor to take to work. You guessed it....I forgot to bring it to work!!! LMBO I called dh & asked him to put it back in the fridge. I guess I'm having it for dinner now! Sheesh!
So here I am at work and I'll have to go out and buy a "low carb" frozen meal for lunch out of desperation.
Breakfast: Due to my rushing, I just had two slices of lf cheese
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: I'll get a low carb meal with grilled chicken & green beans
Snack: PB Yogurt
Dinner: That darned tofu cacciatore! LOL
I'm waiting to hear about my dh's CT scan he had done yesterday on his sinuses. They are all inflamed. I hope they can help whatever he has. (They may send him to an allergist).
I hope Kristin hears about her CT results too!
I'm so glad Tricia had a better day yesterday & had fun at the health club! :-)
It's almost Friday....think we can hang in there? LOL

Wow Suzy, sounds like you had a case of the Mondays on a Thursday! I'm sorry. On the bright side now you don't have to prepare anything for dinner. Let me know how it is.
I grilled pork chops and shake-n-baked pork chops last night. My dad came over and a friend of dh's for dinner. I made the breakfast pilaf by Kashi. Well it's for b,l, and d. It's seven whole grains and sesame. It tasted pretty good. I sprinkled some Molly on it.
Well I was bad again last night. I just can't have anything sweet in my house. I ended up eating another bowl of that icecream. Dh asked me when I was starting sb again. I felt horrible. I think tom is coming, I always seem to do really bad with the cravings. I may have to start with p1 again instead of p2 lite.
