Still Tired Tuesday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning!
I just had to write the silly "Still Tired" title because I am soooo sleepy in spite of going to bed earlier last night. I managed around 7 hours sleep but it feels like just 1. LOL I have my coffee here at work and am hoping to snap out of this groggy feeling. Maybe it's from cutting carbs more the past week? I don't think it would last this long though.
How are you doing today? It's supposed to be sunny here with warmer temps. Maybe I can get the flower bed border done and figure out some bulbs to plant when I get home.
Are we all getting in some exercise today? I need someone to send me a reminder. LOL I must get back into a routine. I will be joining the health club later this week when they have a special "women's night" sign up deal.
Here I go....I'll be back after I wake up more. Giggle!
Breakfast: 1% cottage cheese, coffee
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: Leftover Grilled chicken & mushrooms & bell peppers. I have some green beans if I'm still hungry also.
Snack: PB sf ff yogurt
Dinner: Think I'll make the salmon recipe that was mentioned yesterday since dh dragged me out to eat last night (that's where I got grilled chicken)
Snack: sf ff jello

Well back again on phase 2, so much better than 1!! LOL!
Breakfast ~ Iced SF Soy Mocha and WW toast
Snack ~ Roasted veggies
Lunch ~ Spinach Salad with tuna and SF koolaid
Snack ~ cashews
Dinner ~ Grilled chicken, spinach salad (bought to much spinach, it was a good price)
Desert ~ Decaffe Iced Soy Mocha~~ YUMMY~~
