Whoopie Wednesday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning P2ers!
I'm running a bit late this morning since it's been busy from the get go here at work. I'll get the ball rolling....
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean cereal & 1% milk, coffee
Snack: Mozz Stick
Lunch: turkey & veggies
Snack: PB sf ff yogurt
Dinner: I think I'll have breakfast for dinner...some egg beater omelette w/ mushrooms & bell peppers along with some lite soy sausage. If I'm still hungry I'll have a mixed lettuce salad.
Snack: fudgesicle or sf ff pudding.
Have a great day...we're past the hump & looking forward to the weekend! LOL I'll check back later. :-)

Good morning Suzy and sbd friends. We got our first significant snowfall yesterday. We got about 4 inches. It warmed up some and the roads turned to ice. Even seasoned Alaskans were slipping and sliding. The family made a snowman, we're always excited when it snows. Dd is adjusting well to her new school. She's making friends and doing really well. I haven't been home during the day yet. I end up visiting with my mom and we go shopping. Today I think I'll visit her and the kitties and then return home to clean up a little. I haven't been taking advantage of the health club I joined either. I really need to start doing that.

d: grilled pork loin w/ veggies
s: ff yogurt w/ blueberries, vanilla, and splenda.

It's been a while, so thought I'd check in.
Suzy, I have to chuckle that PB yogurt is your new habit. Isn't it great? I think one of the things I like about it so much is that it really helps fill you up. My newest twist is to add 1/2 sliced banana to it.
Here's my day so far:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with peppers, onion, tomatoes, parm cheese, turkey bacon, tomato juice, coffee
Lunch: Sandwich with ww bread, tons of lettuce, 1 slice lean roast beef, 1 1/2 slices RF swiss, 1/2 sliced tomato
Snack: PB yogurt with 1/2 sliced banana
Dinner: fish, veggies of some kind (I'm thinking spinach, maybe squash), pumpkin FF pudding for dessert
Since I haven't checked in for a long time, I just want to remind everyone to vote! Exercise your freedom as an American!
