Good Morning!
Sorry everyone! LOL I got swamped here at work and couldn't finish this post! Giggle.
I had Kashi GoLean for breakfast & my usual mozz stick for snack.
I have been invited to a lunch buffet (in 15 minutes) here at the college put on by culinary arts students. I am going to try my very best to be good. Wish me luck!
I promise I'll be back to respond to all of your posts later on.

Good morning! Yes it's Friday. Dd is only in school half day today. I'm heading to the gym after i drop her off. I must be pmsing because my cravings are definitely taking over me.
We've had snow here for the last 4 days. It's a lot of fun! Driving is a little difficult at times but it's beautiful outside.

s: nuts
d: pork loin w/ veggies
s: yogurt w/ kashi cereal

Hi Suzy and Phase 2 ers:
I posted my menu in the Phase 1 section, its lonely over there.Hope to be back on Phase 2 by next Wednesday.Looking forward come back to this happy little group. I took on a huge gain while on the cruise and I'm working hard on getting it off. So far I lost 5 lbs. and hope by my offical W-I which will be on Tuesday that I got rid of the rest. Kristin I admire your resolve. I need to get a little stricter with my eating. I remember when food like that didn't bother me now I cave. I need to do a week of P1 to reduce the cravings.
I think, were I'm at (Fairbanks) they have 9 months of winter. So I think this will be first of many layers of snow. It's partly coudy now but it's still only 30 degrees so the snow is not melting like it would in Washington where I used to live.

Good job Maryann. Well I finally weighed myself at the gym because I didn't bring my scale with me when we moved. I have successfully gained 10 pounds since August 20th which is the date that I first started cheating and still haven't managed

don't you hate that at work. It always seems like work comes at the last minute and then they want it done yesterday.
Good luck at the chineese buffet, it sounds really good. I would be way too tempted to eat the fried noodles and fried rice.
I'm a little soar today from the gym. My chest is soar from doing the nautilus equipment.
