Is my menu ok?

Hi! I am starting week 2 on phase 2 and would like to share my menu for today and see if it is too much, or anything wrong with it.
B 2 scrambled eggs with saute'd pepper, onion and mushroom with ff cheese 3 slices canadian bacon coffee with ff 1/2 & 1/2 and splenda
S Mozz stick
L Salad with lettuce, cabbage, radishes, ff cheese with vinegarette dressing sf jello iced tea
S Celery with lf cheese
D Grilled hamburger patty, green beans, iced tea
S PB Yogert with some Uncle Sam cereal on top to add crunchieness
I just feel that I have completely stopped with any kind of weight loss or inch loss. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
