Hello Dear P2 Friends!


I am late this morning due to a College sponsored breakfast I attended to watch a speaker bore me to death about alternative fuels. LOL! 


I'm not perfect today with SB, but here goes....


B- scrambled eggs & sausage, coffee (I cheated & had a very small glass of orange juice)


no snack


L- Didn't fix anything so I'm stuck with Chunky Bean & Ham soup


S- lf cottage cheese


D- Probably chicken & veggies


S- fudgesicle


I've gotta go join the gym!  How's it going Tricia with your health club?


I hope everyone has a Happy Hump Day.  It's drizzly here :-(   Let me know how you're doing!

Hi Suzy,I'm doing fine,although I expected a little more of a weight loss yesterday from my food gawging on the cruise.I did managed to lose 4 lbs. which I'm greatful for.

I started Walking again along the beach this morning, it warmed up a little to get the walking in. Yesterday I had to rely on my stationary bike.

So now I'm on Phase 2 again ,but I going to add ONE bread carb. in the morning per day, for the whole week, so I can work it off by evening. Than next week I'll add back a fruit. Hope that will help. Hugs Maryann

My Menu Today:


B=V-8, 1/2 c high fiber cereal, 1/2 c 1 % milk for tea.

S=s/f jello

L=veggie burger with stringbeans & carrots marniated in 1/4 gravy, salad greens with F.V.

S=1/2 c l/f yogurt

D=salad greens with L/F dress.,hake fish fillet with 1/2 c California blend veggies1/2 accorn squash.

Dessert=1 c chocolate flavored soy milk

Ok, I'm going to start posting my meals to see if someone else can figure out how to break thru my slooow progress.

B: 1 cup of skim milk

L: Spinach salad with a shredded egg and dijon vinaigrette (with the crumbled bacon mostly removed) and a cup of mixed berries (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and blueberries)

S: Low fat cheese stick

D: Who knows at this point...Maybe some grilled chicken and veggies and a handful of nuts.
