Good Morning P2 Friends!


My boss is out of the office this morning so I can post a wee bit. ;-)   It's rainy here still.  My dh installed new winter windshield wipers on my car last night, so I'm happy now.


I'm always happy, of course, that it's nearly Friday! LOL


Here's my menu today:


Breakfast:  (on the go so I just grabbed the following to eat at my desk) Lite turkey deli meat rolled up with 2% cheese slices.  Coffee & fat free half & half


Snack: Mozz cheese stick


Lunch:  Albacore tuna & green beans


Snack:  ff yogurt


Dinner:  grilled chicken over salad, 1% milk to drink


Snack:  Fudgesicle


I am going to be sure to drink more water today!

Hi Suzy, I'm glad its going to be Friday also. I having a pre-haloween canaster card party tomorrow afternoon for a few friends of mine. I'm really excited as I decorated my livingroom all in orange pumpkins & black witches. Having a SB friendly party as I don't want to add back the weight I lost.,and its healthier for my friends also.Hugs Maryann


My menu today is :

B=l/f cottage cheese with 1 tsp s/f spreadable fruit on 2 wasa crackers,1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S= V8

L=B-L-T salad with l/c french dressing

S=1 c chocolate flavored soy milk

D=



Souffle stuffed chicken, with spinach and salad with F.V. and 1/2 c wild rice on the side.

Dessert=peanutbutter,mocha creme

Ok, my 2nd meal posting so everyone can chastise me for not eating breakfast! :)

B: glass of skim milk

L: chef salad (lots of greens, tomato, turkey, ham, asiago, vinaigrette)

S: more LF cheese

D: turkey chili and a pear

S: handful of nuts

last night I bought a pack of the flat out flatbreads and used them to make a pizza. they're really handy and packed with fiber. pretty tasty too!

Hello! What a busy day today. I took mom shopping. It was 18 degrees outside and I know she wouldn't go anywhere if I didn't go with her. So we spent the day shopping. They had a great 70% off sale. I love those!!!


b: eggs w/ sasuage, bacon, and ham w/ cheese


s: sf red bull


l: popcorn, seasoned cream cheese on wheat crackers


s: nothing


d: not sure, maybe shrimp stirfry.


s: sf/ff pudding w/ walnuts and whipped cream


I went to the gym last week and haven't at all this week. I need to make it a priority at least on M,W, & F.

Yep, I'm gonna say you should eat more for breakfast. LOL Do you actually like skim milk? Giggle!

The rest of the day looks better. I'm glad you liked the flat out flatbreads. I haven't tried them but they sound good. How was the turkey chili?

Evening Tricia!

Ooooh....shopping! I bet you two had fun. :-) I went to my favorite Christopher & Banks tonight & looked for more cat themed stuff. They were so shocked when they'd pull out different sweaters & tops and I'd say "I already have that one". I swear, I have nearly all the cat stuff there! LOL I got good deals too. I got a few tops reduced down for only $3 or $4!

What is red bull? I see you were planning Kristin's favorite dinner. LOL!

Doing the gym 3 times a week would be great. We need to motivate each other to stick with our exercise!
