Good Morning Friends!

I hope everyone had a safe Halloween.  Are we ready for a healthy, new start to the week?  Some of us are doing P1 meals today......

Here's my menu today so far:

Breakfast:  turkey w/ 2% cheese rolled up, coffee

Snack: Mozz stick

Lunch: (Forgot my chicken breast!) green beans & sf lf yogurt

Snack: laughing cow lite cheese on celery

Dinner:  salad, and chicken tenders w/ sauteed veggies.  Milk.

Snack: Fudgesicle

It's rainy here today so I'm not sure about walking.  That's why I need to join the health club!  I'm calling them for a tour today to find out prices.  I am drinking a minimum of 6-8 glasses water also.

We can do it!!!!

Good Morning Suzy & Phase 2 ers:

Hope you had a great Halloween. I only had 2 people at my door yesterday. A mother dressed up as A FAIRY GOD-MOTHER and her little girl as CINDARELLA at 8 P.M. last night. I gave them handfuls of popcorn, pretzel & corn chip mini packages to them. The rest is going to a local food pantry.

Well I glad it a new month and a new beginning for me losing the last of my post cruise gain. Now we have the holidays ahead of us to content with. Hopefully we all know what to do,as the south beach taught us well what to eat and what not to eat,and we should get though this holiday season with flying colors. Have a great day Hugs Maryann

My Menu today is:

B=Grilled Cheese & Tomato Pizza 1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S=sliced turkey pepperoni

L=Soup & Sand

Good morning! I'm feeling great! Already ate healthy breakfast and I'm on my way to a successful two weeks of Phase 1.

Halloween was a lot of fun. We went to "Spooky Town" at the local mall. There were 3 haunted houses and booths set up for the kids to trick-or-treat. Then at the apartment we had more trick-or-treaters then we ever had while living at our house. We ran out of candy. It was a lot of fun.

b: 2 eggs, feta, spinach with 3 slices turkey bacon

s: mixed nuts

l: grilled chicken salad w/ newmans olive oil dressing

s: lc cheese on celery

d: grilled porkloin chop with veggies

s: plain vanilla yogurt w/ splenda and almond butter (this is new for me, I'll see how it tastes)

w: 60 oz

e: working out at the gym, not sure what I will do yet.

Thanks for all the support I receive here at the Board. I don't know what I would do without it!

Hello All,

I never seem to have any idea what my food intake for the day will be when I post, so I think I'm going to start posting my menu from the day before, just to keep me honest!

I think I'm seeing progress as I start to add in more P2 foods--I lost 1.5 lbs this week, which is more than I've lost in any given week since week one. Whew! I needed that!

B: 2 eggs with turkey bacon, onions and mushrooms

L: 2 slices of roast beef, cheese and celery rolled up together

S: 1 serving of mixed nuts

D: Bowl of turkey chili, green salad

S: 1 cup strawberries with a puff of ff reddi whip
