I knew I'd made a big mistake by forgetting to bring a decent protein with my green beans for lunch. I just had beans & some sf lf yogurt. I am starving here (stomach growling loudly) with an hour left to go until I can go home to get my snack, so I decided to be brave & look at the vending machine. I resisted all the chocolate bars that I'd normally have wanted & chose the closest thing to SB friendly I could find.....the wheat crackers with cheddar cheese. It's not low fat cheese, but I hope it won't be too bad of a cheat. I wanted something that wouldn't set me off into a binge. I think now I can hang on until I get home to have my celery & lc lite cheese.
I just wanted to fess up now since I think this will help me (and any of us) to prevent getting off track. I really, really want to succeed this time!

Good job Suzy! I'm very proud of you! I messed up on my first day already. I was so happy that I ate breakfast but then I got busy doing errands after helping out at Taylor's school and didn't want to drive all the way to Wendy's, which is where I planned to have a salad. So I dropped by McDonalds and had chicken selects w/ fries and a salad. So I could have done without that but I'm not letting it derail me. Tonight I'm having pork loin w/ veggies. My biggest thing is to not give into the sweets.
