Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was really quick. I helped my parents move into their new house. They are out of the RV just in time. The temperatures actually hit -15 over night. The cats are doing good. I bought the new electronic kitty litter box, however Dad called this morning to say it wasn't working right. So now I need to run over later and see what's wrong.
Both dd and dh are sick. They have bad colds and sore throats. After I figure out the kitty litter thing I'm going to head to the gym. I'm going to try and make it every morning this week. I was terrible at trying to do p1 this week. It's so hard when your family isn't doing it.

But, am back on track today. Actually, had meant to go back to P1 today but slipped up and brought an orange for lunch. My menu for today...
BF: Plain FF yogurt with PB, vanilla extract and splenda
S: Didn't need one, ate BF late.
L: Spicy Black Bean Soup (homemade, no added fat and yummy!) with tomatoes and onions and an orange.
S: Cashews
D: Grilled Chicken Breast, Stir fried veggies and a green salad w/ LF Ginger dressing
S: SF Jello or a Ricotta Creme.
Also, feeling proud of myself for avoiding bagels brought in by my boss today, too! All in all, a good start for a Monday.

Had a pretty good weekend staying on the beach,even though the wind was blowing & waves were knocking against the shore. I got my exercising in (Via WATP's Tapes),along with drinking all my water,but the high sodium dinner I had Sat. evening put my weight up alittle more than expected. Hope it flushes out by tomorrow at my W-I.Today the wind is subsiding and the waves look calmer,to walk along on the beach again.Hugs Maryann
My Menu today was:
B=2 sl.broken up turkey bacon on a bed of mashed turnips,1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=1 sl. Black Bean Cake with 1c Choc,.flavored soy milk
L=Tomato-Mozz Cheese Salad with olive oil and pine nuts
S=1 c l/f yogurt
D=salad with F.V. 6 0z Hake fish fillet.1/2 c couscous with 1/2 c carrots and 1 c green beans
Dessert=s/f cremesicle
Bk: Sauteed spinach with 1 scrambled egg with mozz. cheese on top, V8 juice, coffee
No mid snack
Lunch: Turkey with mustard wrapped in romaine lettuce, a little cottage cheese/water
Snack: 1/2 C. ff yogurt mixed with ff/sf choc. pudding
Dinner: Pork chop, sml. head of broccoli, small salad with cherry tomatoes, water
Snack: probably some peanuts (which I think I should cut out)
