Good Morning!
I missed you all yesterday. Thanks for doing the Check In Tricia! I thought of you Sunday night when I got to see the Northern Lights (a rarity here). I bet they are far more spectacular up in Alaska! I was taking care of dh who was home with pneumonia yesterday. He's going back to work today so I hope he doesn't get too exhausted. I'm glad they caught it when they did before he got too bad.
I'm at work so I'd better get this started:
Breakfast: yogurt w/ some All-Bran mixed in, coffee
(Forgot snacks)
Lunch: chicken w/ oriental mixed veggies, brown rice
Dinner: salmon & salad
Snack: fudgesicle

B-Egg in Nest1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S-Spreadable Fruit on an very small Apple
L-Frank & Bean PizzaSalad with F.V.
S-1c chocolate flavored soy milk
D-salad with l/f dress.,Stuffed Portabellas
Dessert-Baked Apple
S-2% mozzarella cheese stick
L-Salad (mesclun mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, lite cheddar and lite ranch dressing); sf jello
S-Pear
D-Brocolli cheese soup and salad
S-May attempt making some low carb brownies -they turned out gross

Hello. I'm very late today, but at least I'm here. I didn't eat to well either. The family has been sick with colds and they threw off my plans. Plus dd is off Thursday and Friday for parent/teacher conferences. So I still haven't been to the gym. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow....I will go tomorrow.
