I have been going up and down a pound or so for the last 3 weeks on my weigh in days (Tuesday). I am ready for the scale to get past that and go

I have been sticking to the diet except for one meal this weekend and I expected better results. I had better results my 1st time around on SBD about a year ago. Maybe it is the new allowances of certain things I didn't eat the 1st time around? Like cool whip lite, and some dairy. I am not going to give up by any means. I feel good but I'm ready to start looking good too. I try to workout as regularly as possible-cardio and weight training. I have been eating veggies like crazy and I do not skip meals except this Saturday's breakfast because I was running late and had a meeting to go to. I am in phase 2 and haven't lost any weight since the 1st week of phase 1. I have been very cautious with adding in phase 2 foods. Maybe the fruit is affecting me? I didn't really add those back in on phase 2 the last time I did SBD. I go many days without adding in phase 2 foods and on the days I do it is one or 2- a grain and a fruit or one or the other. Do I need to add in more or less? I do not know if I am losing inches because I never measured myself to start with and I always forget to ask someone to help me measure. But I haven't noticed my clothes being any looser so I doubt I have lost inches. Well I am going to keep trucking but I just didn't expect a stall like this one and it can be frustrating but I know I will succeed because this is what I want.

I believe that you are eating too little, particularly too little of Phase 2 foods.

You mention 2-3 servings a day and say that's conservative.

Thanks! I guess I do need to be consistent with having Phase 2 foods. I had Uncle Sam cereal for breakfast and I'll have some fruit later for a snack.
