Hi, I am on the 2 phase of SB and so far lost 12 pounds, which is great. I am wondering about Indian food. I cut it out totally when I started six weeks ago, but the cravings are coming back. Is Indian food okay on SB phase 2.

I have the most FAB recipe for indian cauliflower that is most definitely SBD compliant. It's in one of Madhur Jaffrey's cookbooks. I don't have the recipe here at work but will post it in the recipe section tonight. I also make chicken curries that are great and SBD-compliant, served over a small portion of brown rice (Ph2) or eaten on their own (Ph1). You can easily make a curry without using coconut milk and have it be SBD-compliant. Just find a recipe on-line somewhere and modify it as necessary. Primary ingrediants - chopped tomatos, spices galore, chicken breast, red and yellow peppers, onions, nonfat plain yogurt added at the end to make it creamy. YUM!
