Good Morning!
I'm glad it's Thursday....Friday is just around the corner! It's sunny outside but cool....only in the 40's today. I'm busy here at work again so I'm just going to get the ball rolling. I hope you all have a fabulous day!
Breakfast: Uncle Sam (first time I've tried it!) & Kashi GoLean mixed into sf ff yogurt
Lunch: grilled chicken, veggies
Snack: PB yogurt
Dinner: Maybe an eggbeater omelette & lots of veggies
Snack: sf jello





Breakfast-Uncle Sam's Cereal (my first time too) w/skim milk
Snack-Nuts (if hungry)
Lunch-Salad with tomatoes, avacado and pork roast with olive oil and vinegar dressing;sf jello
Snack-depends if hungry-a pear
Dinner-leftovers (pork roast w/butternut squash and salad or if we take Mom out something SBD friendly-hopefully seafood!

I'm glad you stayed home.
Yesterday I started with Phase 3 adding more carbs back than I ever did before, lost .5 oz. Today I'm on Phase 2 with limited carbs, tomorrow it will be Phase 1 no carbs(except) veggies.I figured if the Wendie Plan worked for the WW followers than maybe it will work for the South Beach diet also. I'm really getting desperate as I was so close to goal (3-lbs.) and now it back to where I was 1 year ago. Have to do something. Hugs Maryann

B=Fruit & Yogurt Parfait 1% milk for tea
S=1 sl. l/f cheese
L=1c Mintrone soup,with salad greens and F.V.
S=1 c s/f jello
D=salad with l/f dress.,Veggie Chili with a WW Roll and Green Beans Ole
Dessert=1 sl. black bean cake
