Super Saturday Phase 2 Check In

Hope you are all enjoying sleeping in this fine Saturday Morning. Not sure why I'm up but it's nice & peaceful w/ both dh and dd still sleeping. It's snowing outside. It got a lot warmer the past three days, up to 28 degrees. So it's a little slippery outside.
b: 1 egg, spinach, feta.
s: nuts
l: salad with chicken and shrimp
s: mozz stick
d: chicken and veggies
s: ff yogurt w/ blueberries
I think I'll look up a recipe in the sbd cook book for something new. My menu is boring today

My menu today is: Phase 3
B=2 sl turkey bacon on an slice of fiber (pumpernickle) bread.1/2 c 1% milk for tea.
S=1 Banana
L=Meatball Herosalad withF.V.
S=1 c l/f yogurt
D=Vegetarian Chik & Rice Casserolesalad with l/f dress.
Dessert=1 sl of black bean cake with 1 c chocolate flavored soy milk
That's great Maryann. What do you mean you are combining your phases? What is your process? I didn't do good today. I had a chicken sandwich from Burger King. I think that I just get too hungry and all my self control goes out the window.
I'm starting my exercise routine on Monday. I'll keep you all posted on how well that goes! Keep up the great work! You loss is outstanding!
