Anyone else starting phase 2 on Mon?

What is your plan? I think I will add apples and maybe just some whole grains ( a little bread and definitely some oatmeal), and I'm hoping that I add the right amount of carbs back. I'm a little scared that I will quickly gain back what I lost, but I guess that's to be expected? What will you be doing?

Hi,

Yes, I'm starting tomorrow too! I'm going to add 1 slice of whole wheat bread and an apple. I'm very nervous but I know that I can't stay on phase 1 forever. I've never felt better and have no cravings. I don't miss the sweets or starch. Good luck to us!

Thanks to all for your suggestions and support. I have been a support-group leader and this is my first experience as a participant, and it is so rewarding to have a full understanding of the value in joining with others who are undergoing the same challenge! Thanks so much for being there! ...Off to enjoy some celery and laughing cow light!
