SBD is working for us, slowly but surely. dh continues to lose weight faster than I do but I think it's a matter of being patient with the results.
dh & I had our usual SB breakfast today, scrambled eggs/eggbeaters with peppers and onion, turkey bacon, tomato juice and coffee.
For lunch I will make a salad most likely.
I'm thinking about making chicken breasts with goat cheese and some kind of veggies for dinner, with pumpkin pudding with cool whip and toasted pecans for dessert.
I am planning to go to the store today and buy the ingredients for a homemade vegetable soup. I have a temp job starting tomorrow (thank goodness for small favors!) so want to make a few things to last for the week. Made the SB chili last week and it was truly awesome.
Have a good day, everyone!

I wish it would work that way Sara. Then we could designate someone each week to do the exercise for us. Dd and I went sledding the other day and I tell you. That is a workout!!! And it was way fun! The backs of my arms hurt so bad and I think it's from holding my self up as I sled down on my tummy.
We had flurries yesterday but the temps dropped to around 2 degrees so now the snow just glistens. The trees are beautiful. I need to take my camera with me today and take some pictures while I'm out. It's beautiful how the trees without leaves have ice all over their branches so that they are all white.
Hope you had a wonderful birthday Sara!

Cool! I get double good wishes this year!
It's cool outside, around 2 degrees. Haven't been out this morning, it could be colder. I'm enjoying it though. We got an autostart on the car so that way the car is all warmed up before we get in. I'll have to see how much I enjoy it when the temps get to minus 40!
Take care fellow Sagittarius!
