I can not wait until Friday! Then I get a week off for Thanksgiving. I will have to keep myself on a schedule though so I don't end up eating too much.
Breakfast-Kashi Go Lean and Uncle Sam (1/2 and 1/2) with 1% milk
Snack-Small granny smith apple and PB
Lunch-Wrap (WW tortilla, laughing cow cheese, turkey and turkey bacon, olives, roasted red pepper strips and spinach) Sounds yummy I can't wait for lunch....

Dinner-Fish and veggies and brown and wild rice pilaf

Hi Blueeyes: Just do the best you can in the food dept. and Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation.Remember if you did over indulge your can go be to Phase 1 for a few days and than hop back on the Phase 2 wagon. Hugs Maryann
Phase 3 menu
B=1 sl for fiber bread with 1 Tb spreadable fruit,1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=lite laughing cow on wasa cracker
L=AMY'S veggie Pocket,lg bowl of blackbeans with salsa on top
S=V8
D=salad with F.V., spinach filled ravilios with tomato sauce and 2 turkey meatballs on top.with veggies on the side.
Dessert=1c l/f yogurt
