Good Morning!


Well we made it through Monday. LOL    Tuesday is looking just as busy for me unfortunately.  It's overcast here today, but not too cold. 

 

How is your day going so far?  Do you have any exercise planned today?

Here's today so far:

 

B:  Usual yogurt w/ unc sams & kashi, coffee

 

L:  ww pasta & veggie sauce

 

S: PB yogurt

 

D: probably fish & veggies

 

I'll try to do some weights for exercise.  Make sure to drink that water! :-)

 

Good luck today on your job Rebecca!  Greetings to Sara, Kristin, Maryann, Tricia, (I miss Candi!), and everyone else here my brain has forgotten....I must drink the rest of my coffee! LOL

Hey Suzy! Going to the gym today. Took dd to the pool yesterday for an hour. That was a fun time and a little bit of a workout!


b: turkey bacon w/ egg and wheat english muffin


s: mozz stick


l: left over chicken breast slicked up w/ tomato in a ww tortilla w/ swiss cheese


s: nuts


d: crock pot concoction w/ veggies


s: popsicle sf.

Hi everyone-

Just checking in - haven't been here in quite some time - still on the beach, but have hit a major plateau and unfortunately haven't done much about it.

Last I checked in I was buried in paperwork at work - still not much has changed. Still overwhelmed - as I have been for the last 10 weeks or so. I think I spoke a little about my great aunt who was 90 - she passed away at the end of October - it's been a very difficult time for my family. She was like a grandma to me and my daughter. I was extremely proud of how my dd handled herself at the funeral. Made me wonder if she really is only 7.

That's most of the reason I haven't been here very much. Getting recipies together for my SB Thanksgiving dinner. Any suggestions?

Here's my day:

B: 1/2 ww english muffin w/sf jelly
S: sf, ff yogurt
L: leftover steak and green beans
S: string cheese
D: no idea yet - hopefully will be inspired soon
S: probably none - the other change is that dd started swimming in a league and she has practive Monday - Thursday, so just time for a quick dinner then off to practice.

Hope all is well with everyone - I'll try and get here more often! I miss the company.

Hi Suzy,

Thanks for the very kind words. Hope all has been well with you also. I did read awhile back that one of the chins was under the weather - hope all is much better now. How is my "virtual kitten" (your newest addition) doing? Don't know if you remember or not, but I told you when you got her that I would be living through you since I can't have a new one right now. Did you pick out an amazing name? You always do!

Hi Suzy:I posted on the other Phase 2 check in that Blue eyes started this morning.So I copied & pasted my menu on this thread also.

Hi Blueeyes: Just do the best you can in the food dept. and Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation.Remember if you did over indulge you can go back to Phase 1 for a few days and than hop back on the Phase 2 wagon. Hugs Maryann

Phase 3 menu

B=1 sl for fiber bread with 1 Tb spreadable fruit,1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S=lite laughing cow on wasa cracker

L=AMY'S veggie Pocket,lg bowl of blackbeans with salsa on top

S=V8

D=salad with F.V., spinach filled ravilios with tomato sauce and 2 turkey meatballs on top.with veggies on the side.

Dessert=1c l/f yogurt
