Morning Girls!!


Thanks for the emails Kristen and Suzy.  You're both such dolls.


I know it's only 730 central time but thought I'd get this started so I could post my menu and such.  I don't know if i'll be back later, I wont be on at lunch as I plan on studying for my psych test some more.


I've got to get back on track w/my veggies and water, ugh.  And hopefully next week I can find the motivation to at least go hit the cardio machines at the gym a couple times if nothing else.  I think I'm gonna start by ordering a couple videos (probably that Tamilee one Kristen suggested the other day). And doing that some days and hitting the cardio at the gym some days.  Eventually I plan to add resistance/weight training back in but not yet.  I'd like to get an eliptical for home too but that takes $$ I can't justify spending when I have a gym membership that's paid through mid march still.

Hello all! I'm back from Anchorage. Had a wonderful time with my sister's family and friends. It was a beautiful drive down there although a bit long. I'll show you all some pictures later this week.

Hi Gals:

Its pouring this afternoon with heavy winds,radio says its a 60 mile hr winds. Not going out in this mess.Don't want to repeat the bad head cold I just got over with.

Sara-Thanks for starting this thread.You'll get back just focus on What the SB has taught us about going back to Phase 1 for a couple of days and then back to Phase 2 if you gained.If its just a matter of adding veggies and exercising more think like the little train did I KNOW I CAN,I KNOW I CAN ETC. I should follow my own advice also.lol

Trica-Your so lucky to live in a beautiful state like Alaska. I visited it last year and the only words that could describe Alaska is majestic. Happy to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving with your family.We had a quite one just me & my DH. Hugs Maryann

My menu today is:Phase 3

B=1/3 c l/f cottage cheese,on a wasa cracker with 1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S=1/2 apple

L= Reuben Sandwich[ l/f pastrami,with l/f swiss cheese ,saurkraut & l/f thousand Island Dress, on a WW Roll

S=1c Atkins l/f reduced sugar(1gr) yogurt

D=salad with F.V.,salmon fish fillet with 1/2 c wild rice ,1/2 c peas & Brocolli,collie combo.

Dessert=1c chocolate flavor soy milk
