For lunch I think I'll make some SB friendly soup (I have to go to the store)

Hi Gals: Sorry to Be MIA for few days as Iwas busy rehearsing for our Senior Singers Group Christmas Concert for our local Nursing Home this coming Tuesday. Our town is celebrating our annual Christmas-By-The-Sea Weekend. Last night singing carols at the Lighthouse,to day the Lighting of the Tree at our Village Green and tomorrow the Christmas Parade going down main street to the village green.WOW!! we have lots of activity going around here. My menu for today is:
B=leftover accorn squash with turkey bacon and a wasa cracker,1/2 c 1 % milk for my tea
S=3 pieces of figs
L=Veggie Chicken Patty Platter1 spoonful of l/f ice cream
S=1 c chocalate flavored soy milk
D=German Ham & Noodle Bakewith 1 c Brussel sprouts followed by a salad with F. V.
Dessert=1c l/f yogurt

I haven't been posting a lot on this board, although I started sbd a month+ ago... I began phase one and did well, and then did not stick exactly to eating healthy. So I thought it would be a good idea to post my menus for a while and stay focused. ;)
Here is a little bit about me: I am 25, I live in Vancouver, Canada, and I have just moved here since the summer (before I lived in the netherlands for the last 2 1/2 years finishing a master's in fine arts). I live with my boyfriend who is from Italy. I would like to lose about 70 pounds, and I think this is a healthy plan which I can follow after I reach my goal.

Today's food menu:
Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk, 2tsp sf cocoa powder, splenda, grape nuts cereal (ww)
2 tsp peanut butter
Snack: 8 pistachio nuts
Lunch: salad w. vinegrette, tomato, skim mozzarella
Snack: lfsf yogurt
Dinner: 1 ww pita, spices, tomato, lettuce, salsa, lean ground beef, skim mozza
Water: 8 cups
Exercise: 20 min pilates

10 pm and I'm just sitting down to check in and catch up on the last few days posts.
How interesting! I got my Masters in Social Sciences in Scotland and I was with a British guy 4 years and then a German for 10 years (I didn't plan it that way! LOL). We have a lot in common. :-)
You're definitely on the right track. This is a healthy way to eat and I'm sure you'll have success! You can do it!
Wow! You've been busy. I am glad the photo session worked out and I wish they could do more for your dh's eyes. I know how difficult it can be to keep caught up with posts. LOL! I hope you're having a nice weekend anyway.
Talk to you Sunday when dh is at work since he's whining now about me being on the computer. LOL!
