Sleepy Monday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning....I think.  LOL!  I'm soooo tired.  I had trouble staying awake during the long, dark, foggy drive to work this morning.  Mondays are so hard!  My co-worker called my boss to say she's not coming in.  She's something else.  I bet she's just staying home to decorate for Christmas or something! LOL

How was your weekend?  It looks like you had a good check-in yesterday while I was gone.  :-)    I was worried about my kitten Gracie since she was running a temp up to 104 over the weekend.  This kitty virus is terrible.  My vet is gone today, but dh is taking her in anyway to the other vet that fills in when mine is gone.  I just want to make sure she's ok.  I don't know if this is related to what Patches has recently had.  Gracie has not lost her voice and she's at least eating a little, so I hope it won't be too serious.  I just hate seeing her lethargic, though.

I have an interview today after work.  Nothing I'm real interested in, but I'm just trying to get more info.  I'm holding out to hopefully get an interview for a better position I applied for at the college I work at now.  It would be at a different campus which is much closer to home. Yeah!

I had better post this....so here goes,

Breakfast:  yogurt & Kashi go lean mixed in, coffee

Lunch: Hope this is legal....a veggie lasagna w/ ww lasagna noodles.

(Missing snacks since I'll be at interview)

Dinner:  Salmon & asparagus, milk

Snack:  sf jello

Have a good day ladies! :-)

We live in Fairbanks Alaska where it can get 70 below or even colder. I just took dd to school and it was -22. It's chilly. You can go out in it if you are dressed appropriately. The kids have recess up until 20 below. They can't go out unless they have snow pants, snow boots, gloves, hat, and jacket. Dd also wears a neck gator which covers your neck ears and face.

The first thing I notice when I go outside is the hairs in my nose start freezing. It feels weird like you have something hanging out of your nose. I'm always wiping it but there's nothing there, it's just the warm air I breath out that's

How's Gracie?? Is she okay? I hate whenever one of my little girls aren't feeling well. I always know, because they don't play on the cat condo when they are not well. They sleep more (if that is even possible for cats!).

Hope everything is alright!

I think you are doing the right thing Suzy. Just keep an eye on her like you always do. That's great news!

Okay here are some pictures of our drive to Anchorage and our visit to the North Pole this past weekend to take dd to see Santa Clause!

Enjoy!
