Morning ladies! How are you doing today? Getting any last minute shopping done? Is there anyone who is blissfully out of the loop of the Christmas chaos? I just logged on this morning to do some banking, and got a little distracted coming here. Hehe....

Thanks for the nice words yesterday about me coming back for good. :) I have a question for those of you who have been doing SBD fairly religiously for a while now. How strict have you found that you have to be to lose weight? If you have literally, 1 cookie (I didn't!) or one small white potato during a week, does it affect your weight loss? I know there is a slipperly slope with "one taste" to "going overboard", given my experience last week. LOL.

So this is my plan for today (I'm making it up as I go along):

B: 1 egg and 1/2 cup white and sweetpotato hashbrowns, coffee w/milk
S: Probably nothing, since I had a late breakfast
L: Going out to run errands and get a haircut and will probably stop and get a salad or wrap sandwich somewhere
S: If I'm home, I'll have some veggies w/bean dip again, otherwise, I'll bring a snackpack of peanuts with me on my errands.
D: Roast beef and salad w/mustard vinaigrette

See, just writing out my plan was a huge help. Otherwise, I wouldn't have thought to bring a snack along! :)

Have a good day!

Sexy...I like that title.

Well I have found that once I have something sugary it's very difficult for me to stop eating it especially if it's in the house. If there are a few potatoes in my Healthy choice veggie soup, I don't worry because in the larger picture, at least I'm eating veggie soup instead of MCD.

I don't believe that even a piece of cake can derail your weight loss unless you are like me who can't stop with one piece or ends up having more sugary items the next day and then the next. I think the treat has to be well planned if you decide to treat yourself. Buy 1 cookie for a planned treat and once that's gone that's it for another week or something.

I have struggled with getting back on the beach since August. Once I'm on then it's pretty easy for me.

On the Christmas note, I'm done shopping until Thursday. Then we'll do some stocking shopping and buy a gift for my dad. Other then that I'M DONE!!!! I still spent more then I was going to. I was done early and then I just kept buying a little more here and there. I guess it's not that I spent a lot, I just bought a lot. More then we all need.

b: one bite of a cinnamon role, 2 eggs w/ ham spinach, feta.

s: probably nothing cause I wont eat breakfast till late

l: grilled chicken on salad with sunflower seeds and ranch.

s: veggie soup

d: not sure yet

s: popsicles, been craving icecream though cause of TOM

Cheers! Happy Holidays!

Tricia.
