Did I miss it? LOL I'm not usually the first one. Especially since I'm on the west coast!
I finshed my xmas shopping this weekend. Woohoo!!! And wrapped everything. I had to work Saturday night so that put a damper on my weekend. But, it's ok. It only happens every so often.
Here's my menu:
B - Kashi Go Lean & 1% milk
L - veggie soup
S - sf ff yogurt
D - chicken & rice
I'm choosing to omit all the junk I'm eating. :) If I don't see it, it doesn't exist. LOL

Wow, this is a first. Only 2 people checking in on a Monday?? Everyone must be really busy.
Well yesterday I had to take my dad into the hospital. His vision was getting messed up and could only see part of things. They did a cat scan and found out he had a minor stroke. He stayed over night and they did some test this afternoon on his cathartic arteries and his heart. He hopefully will get discharged tonight. Thankfully it was a minor and hopefully he wont have another one. I pray that he gets his vision back as his job relies greatly on reading schematics.
Well I didn't eat very sbd today. I didn't' eat nearly enough and then when I did I had MCD chicken selects and fries. I know, I know. I'll get back in the groove soon. I think I was just stress eating and looking for some comfort. So I'm not going to post my menu today. I'll talk with all of you tomorrow.
Take care,
Tricia.

Sorry I didn't post here earlier, it's been a very busy weekend and busy day as well.
Morning!
I'm officially on P2 as of yesterday.
I added a really low gi carb once a day for a week to see how my body reacted. Then I started adding a little more. When my weight loss started to slow then I cut back a little. Just give yourself enough time between adding a new carb so you can monitor how your body is dealing with the addition to your diet.
Welcome P2. sorry you were sick. (((healing vibes)))
Tricia.

Welcome to Phase 2!
Hi Bets,
I'm glad to see you decided to join us here.
Thanks for the welcome everybody! I'm feeling more 'normal' as the day goes on.
