Hello and Good Morning!

Tricia, how is your dad?  I'm hope he's feeling better.  (((HUGE HUGS)))  Keep us updated!

Sara, have things calmed down for you???  You're supposed to have all this free time now that you aren't in school!  lol

Bets, how is Phase 2 going today?

How about two questions for today?

  1. Does it snow during the winter where you live?

  2. What color is your hair?  (natural or colored)

Here's my day:

B - oatmeal w/ cinnamon, splenda, 1 tbsp walnuts & 1% milk

S - veggie cup

L - veggie soup (this is the last of it)

S - pb yogurt

D - either chicken & wild rice or cajun salmon w/ a small salad

Thank you for the well wishes regarding my dad. Well he did many tests and they are positive he had a stroke but they say the blood clot is gone. They thought he had a clot in his heart but the MRI ruled that out. He also has no blocking. This is wonderful news. He's very relieved. He was discharged last night. They have him on some cholesterol medicine and blood thinners.

Nothing like a family member being in the hospital to jolt you out of the hustle and bustle of the holidays. You know you forget how many people are spending the holidays in the hospital. It's really sad. I pray for those families and wish them all the best.

Take care and thank you again for thinking of my dad.

Tricia.
