I'm Stuck...need advice

I have lost 22-25 pounds(didn't weigh myself at first) on SBD. I am pretty happy with the results so far but I have lost anything in about 2 weeks. I am pretty careful about staying on plan and in the past few days have started to make sure I drink at least 80 or 100 oz of water.

Here is what I ate yesterday

Turkey burger with 1 slice ff cheese
6 oz v8

2c of spaghetti squash with chili over it
8 oz of skim

1 string cheese(don't normally eat this but dinner was late and I was hungry)

ww wrap with 1tbs of light mayo and some buffalo chicken(SBD recipe)
1c of black beans

1 small apple w/ 1 tbs of pb
8 oz of skim

Also to drinik
some diet coke
diet ginger ale
80 oz of water
hot(caffeine free) tea with some ff cream and splenda

Help!!

Thanks for the reassurance on the menu. I guess I will take the advice of the stall post and burn more calories. Since I have 100+ to lost I thought the beginning would be easier than this but I guess not.

I am going to make a plan this weekend and go for it on monday....

I have about 100 lbs to lose too and I have been stalled around 234 forever it seems now. What I plan on doing is bumping my cardio up to 45 minutes a day instead of the 25 that I was doing. I really think it will pay off in the end.
