Hey all!
I'm new to the South Beach Diet and am deciding to try it for the first time starting tomorrow as my new year's resolution. So any feedback or advice anyone has to offer is GREATLY appreciated. I have tried the Atkins in the past and it worked for about 3 months, it seems as though the South Beach diet resembles it in a lot of ways, but I'm willing to try it- something different, and I feel that I am really dedicated. My only worry is that I have a GIGANTIC sweet tooth (anything you can think of I want it if I see it, hell, even if I don't see it) so I'm a little edgy about that. Well, wish me luck!

Good luck to you! I think you will enjoy the beach. The cl's here are wonderful and very helpful. After two weeks on phase 1 you will see a noticeable difference in your cravings for sweets.
