Hiya everyone! It's the start of a brand new week in the brand new year! How are you all doing?
I got on the scale this morning and saw another 2 lb GAIN. ARRGH!! Not altogether unexpected given my last week of eating, but it was still an eye opener. I am waaaay too close to the 190's now! My plan was to get back on track in P2, but now that the scale "yelled" at me, I decided to start P1 all over again. Yuck. I am not sure if I should do it for the full two weeks or not. Any suggestions? I'm going to review the P1 getting started posts again.
Today I have been eating only P1 foods, but haven't been good at all about veggies. Here is my day so far:
B: 2 egg omlette w/smoked salmon (think this is ok?) and about 1 tbl cream cheese; coffee w/milk
S: 2 lite string cheeses
L: so far I've had some nuts, and I'm on my way to get a salad underway.
S: celery w/laughing cow cheese
D: Haven't decided, but probably vegetable soup from last night. Maybe some spaghetti squash, too.
S: plain FF yogurt w/splenda and vanilla. I think I'll skip the peanut butter because of all the cheese I've had today

Hi Leslie, Don't be to hard on yourself,by going back to Phase 1. Just stay here on Phase 2 with a couple of meals in Phase 1 will do the trick.You know the rules already and I sure you know that Phase 1 is hard to get back into when your in Phase 2 for so long. Hope that makes sense. Hugs :) Maryann
my menu for Monday was:
B=V8-Tomato/Mozz Plate1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=1/2 c l/c yogurt
L=Lentil Soup and a large plate of salad greens with Flavored Vinegar
S=1tb Peanutbutter on a celery stick
D=salad greens with FV-cod fish fillet-1/c lima beans with 1/2 c corn-1 c cauiflower
Dessert=1 c yogurt
